Payment

• All overseas payments must be made using Paypal, either by direct payment or invoice.• New Zealand residents can bank transfer if they prefer.• Payment can be paid either upfront or after the sketch has been aproved. Payment must be made at maximum 1 week after the sketch is complete.• Your personal information from the transaction will never be shared with anyone other than myself.• All payments are final, unless something goes wrong with the commission on my end in which you'll be refunded.

Conditions

• I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.• My art can be shared on your social media with credit to @pengudrago.• My art is for personal use only unless an agreement has been made otherwise, in which the client will be charged for commercial use.• My art is never to be used in relation to or to train any type of AI.• Commissions usually take around a few days to a week to complete. Time may be longer due to commission type or certain circumstances that will be made clear to the client. During the process, i regularly send you updates during the sketch, lineart, colouring and shading phase.• Post-commission edits are only allowed if i missed something out of character design or theres a mistake in the artwork itself.• When commissioning me, you must provide a clear ref sheet or artwork of your character with flat colours. I will not take descriptions of characters unless the artwork is a reference sheet.• I have the right to post any art i make on social media to promote myself.• If anything you want drawn is not listed in the pricing page, please feel free to contact me!

• Complex characters cost extra depending on the design (up to $20)
• Additional characters cost 80% of the cost of a normal character
• Clothes and small props come with the price
